3. Sampling and Unauthorized Use

• You confirm that your music does not contain unauthorized samples or copyrighted material.
• Any claims arising from sampling or copyright violations will be your sole responsibility.

4. Revenue and Fees

• You will retain 70% of all sales revenue.
• A 30% administrative fee will be deducted from earnings.
• A withdrawal fee applies when transferring funds from your Pure Water account to your bank account

5. Liability and Indemnification

• The Collective Wave (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any disputes related to music ownership, copyright claims, or revenue loss.
• You agree to indemnify and hold The Collective Wave (Pty) Ltd harmless from any legal actions related to your uploads.

6. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
